Open Yoga Miami

The session will start with opening invocations

Welcome to OPEN YOGA MIAMI

OPEN YOGA MIAMI AT THE PARK

A gentle outdoor Hatha yoga practice where you can connect with nature & like-minded community. Literally get grounded by being on the earth with your body. An opportunity to slow down and let these special yoga classes heal and nourish your soul. You will leave feeling refreshed. Being in the park doing yoga is the perfect counter-balancing action to remedy the stress of busy days in the modern workplace that is overloaded with digital and artificial toxicity: computers, cell phones, artificial office lights…
Neutralize those heavy lower vibrations and digitally detox your energy field, calm and restore your nervous system!

The session will start with opening invocations, intentions + offerings, mantras, pranayama’s, warm-up movements, gentle asana postures, cleansing exercises and some asana. Then the flow will become increasingly intuitive, meditative with shamanic healing and with the use of powerful medicine songs and mantras. The class will finish with a prolonged yoga-nidra savasana.
